Creativity and self-expression can take many forms. Whether it’s through cosplaying at conventions, meeting up with friends for a night of Pathfinder, or spending the last week of November cranking out those 50,000 words, the way we make meaning and move through the world is important and worthy of nurturing.
I believe that our culture often disregards - and sometimes even pathologizes - certain forms of meaning-making and human connection. Rather than ignoring that important part of you, we will view that creativity and passion as the resource it is.
